Hey, I spent like 6 hours this morning taking images of all the species and their colors, and compiling it into a single database for the Wiki to use. I noticed not all the species have images, (When I started this morning, none of the pages had photos hah...) so I decided that it's still worth sharing.
The way I have done it makes each image have a dimension of 445x400, which is the size of I believe either the Velociraptor or Raptor base - I compared them and one of them happened to be bigger than the other, which also happens to be the biggest base image. But either way, this uniform format would make pages look neater and provide a standard. No species gets clipped on both height and width, so I truly think it's the best resolution for documentation.
The way I have organized it is into 2 sections. The Bases (Background images without color) and the actual Species/Colors. A note about the Bases: For ones that differed in various ways, or for ones we don't have the bases of (From the FA page) I just put a colored picture in its place, to signify it is not accounted for. I think the Horse is one of those without a true base.
This isn't done by actually naming each photo (As it would 1: look messy and 2: I was lazy... I mean it took 6 hours as is.)
Instead, I have comprised a system (a .txt file is included with categorization) where it's #-#. This goes by SPECIES - COLOR. So, for example 4-13 is a "Cat - Norwegian." I'd post the chart here but it is really REALLY long. (Did you know there are 139 different variants of animals, among 24 different species? Not even including Manokits, Wickerbeasts, or Gembounds!)
Anyhow here are the download links. The dropbox one is temporary, but I mean I'll leave it up for a week - should be plenty of time. The Mega download should last forever, unless the site goes down or they change their policy on stagnated storage. Either way, both should stay up long enough. :D Oh and an afternote: There might be mistakes in both spelling and matching of Color/Image. If someone could double-check on these points, it'd help a lot! Thanks.
